Customer Testimonials

“We worked with Rutland on our extensive home refurbishment project over approximately 9 months. Having completed reno projects on previous homes, Rutland ensured that the works were completed to a high standard and took the time to share progress updates and explain any changes/unforeseen issues. This made the overall process far easier to manage in comparison to previous projects. Steve and the team were always helpful and reliable and minimised the time needed to chase other trades as this was all coordinated centrally. Additional trade recommendations also proved helpful. Integrity and transparency are so often absent in the building trade, however we were pleasantly surprised that Rutland and team had these with aplomb.”

“Friendly, honest and reliable. Excellent communication and project management. All the contractors were great - builders, carpenters, electrician, windows company etc. Rutland helped me source other contractors for additional work (floor sanding company) and even liaised with them to help move their dates when there were some small delays. Work was carried out to a high standard. Everyone was polite, respectful, flexible and tidy.”

“I have used Rutland Building previously and I was very happy with their work. On this occasion, the work the team undertook on my new kitchen was a first rate, professional one. Completed in good time and on budget. I am delighted with the result. Many thanks.”

“The team transformed our dated kitchen and dining room into a spacious and modern kitchen diner. We were very happy with Steve's team, who were reliable, completely trustworthy and hardworking. The finished result is exactly what we wanted and Steve's team always ensured we were satisfied with what they were doing every step of the way. We've had great compliments from family and friends. We would strongly recommend Rutland Building.”
